A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while operating the “E” marine water supply company located in Asan City D, employed male and middle school students including victims as part-time students and paid 10,000 won per hour during her work. However, as the conditions of other jobs are more good than those of others, the Defendant was able to defend male and middle school students.

1. Crimes against the victim F;

A.
