A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 100 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father of the victim C (ma, 17 years old), the victim D (ma, 9 years old), the victim E (ma, 6 years old), and the victim E (ma, 6 years old), who is related to the victims, and the husband of F (ma, 42 years old).

The defendant raised a complaint against the above F, who was suffering from mental illness, that he should report his wife and take charge of childcare from time to time, and the above F and victims were assaulted and breathed, and the victims were drinking to the defendant.

1. Crimes against Victim C (AF, 17 years of age);

A. In 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, such as F, his/her blood relative, and his/her blood relative, who was divingd with G apartment 303 dwelling space at the old-si G apartment 303 dwelling space; and (b) the victim C, a juvenile, who was a juvenile (the 16-year old age at the time of the commission of the crime) by reporting sexual desire to sleepd; (c) resulting in the victim’s sexual desire to resist; (d) he/she was accumulated on the side of the victim, who was unable to resist; and (d) her fingers off his/her finger at the rate; and (e) he/she forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force.

In the same place as Paragraph 1, the victim committed indecent acts by reporting the victim C, who was a blood relative and juvenile, and by reporting the victim C, who was able to resist, by taking the victim's right back to the victim who was unable to resist, and making the victim's breast up his fingers, and forcing the victim to commit an indecent act by inserting his finger into the victim's panty, and neglecting the victim's sexual organ.
