A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the father of the victim C.
1. On January 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act against the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes against Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse; (b) committed an indecent act by force against a child or juvenile who is a child or juvenile in a marital relationship with the victim C (the 15-year old-age-old) who was divingd in the lower room of the Defendant located in the Chungcheong budget-gun around 00:00 in the middle of Jan. 2012, by taking the victim’s panty and inserting his her panty into the victim’s panty; (c) putting his her panty into the victim’s panty; and (d) putting his her her panty into the panty with his her her panty, thereby forcing him/her to resist.
