A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a representative of the Food Manufacturing and Processing Business Co., Ltd., which is the actual representative of the Industry Chain “E” and the food manufacturing and processing business operator who is in charge of all production, business, and operation.

1. Violation of the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products Act;

(a) Where necessary for public hygiene, the Minister of Food and Drug Safety may determine and publicly announce the standards for processing, packaging, preserving and distributing livestock products and specifications of ingredients of livestock products (hereinafter “standards and specifications of livestock products”), and no livestock product that does not meet the standards and specifications of livestock products shall be sold, stored, transported or displayed for sale;

(1) No operator who has obtained permission for livestock product processing business with no label label shall purchase or sell livestock products subject to the label without the label label.

Defendant sold livestock products that violate the standards and specifications of livestock products as above.

Shebly, the frozen livestock products prohibited from distributing shall not be distributed as net temperature or refrigerating products by melting freezing products.

From January 2, 2014 to September 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated the E office with freezing 38,240 g, 74,950,000 fish fested from the freezing 38,240 g, 74,950,000 by the method of packing in a water tank containing water of the upper temperature for five hours; and (b) supplied the KAF at actual temperature.

Defendant sold livestock products that violate the standards and specifications of livestock products as above.
