Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a de facto representative of the industrial chain C, the livestock products in Daegu Seo-gu B.

1. Where necessary for public hygiene, the Minister of Food and Drug Safety may determine and publicly announce the standards for the methods of processing, packaging, storing, and distributing livestock products and specifications of ingredients of livestock products (hereinafter referred to as "standards and specifications of livestock products"), and no livestock product that fails to meet the standards and specifications of livestock products shall be sold, stored, transported, or displayed for sale;

(a) shall not distribute freezing products which are prohibited from distributing in freezing food refrigeratings as net temperature or refrigerating products by freezing them;

From May 26, 2015 to September 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested C office to re-processing of 9,101kg, 77,358,500 won of raw materials for the imported frozen swine hold to D; (b) operated the piracy room for 10 hours, and sold it to D in the condition of cooling.

Defendant sold livestock products that violate the standards and specifications of livestock products as above.

The Defendant, from May 2015 to September 2015, 300, saved 30 days of the instant livestock products at C’s office, and sold them to a food restaurant specialized in hold, etc., after reconditioning 6,263kg, 31,315,80 won of the raw materials for the imported swine hold, which were manufactured by seaing the meat of the imported swine hold.

Defendant sold livestock products that violate the standards and specifications of livestock products as above.

(c)

The transportation of freezing products in violation of the standards for freezing distribution shall be conducted in such a manner that the freezing vehicle or its equivalent or higher effective temperature can be maintained at an adequate temperature.

From January 1, 2014 to November 16, 2015, the Defendant packaged approximately KRW 251,004 g, 2,091, 700,000 from C’s office of the Defendant in a way that he packages approximately 3 to 6 fluents into Amincs by inserting approximately 251,04 g, 2,091, 70,000 into Amincs.
