Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is in charge of the overall operation of the company, such as production, business, and management of employees, as the representative of meat processing company D in Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
