1. The defendant,
A. 26,771,590 won and a rate of 12% per annum from February 28, 2020 to the day of complete payment to Plaintiff A.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. From November 2, 2016 to August 31, 2017, the Plaintiffs were serving in the Defendant Company and retired from office. Plaintiff A did not receive KRW 22,771,590 in total of wages from February 2, 2017, and Plaintiff B did not receive KRW 13,715,950 in total of wages from April 2, 2017.
B. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff A 22,771,590 won, 13,715,950 won, and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum from February 28, 2020 to the day of full payment, as the plaintiffs' claim against each of them.
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
