1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 42,382,484 and a rate of KRW 20% per annum from August 28, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff was employed by the Defendant from June 25, 2012 to April 30, 2020, and retired from office as its employee; however, the Plaintiff did not receive wages of KRW 13,186,526 (the wages of KRW 23,890,49), retirement allowances of KRW 23,890,499, annual salary of KRW 5,238,079, and other money and valuables of KRW 67,380,380, total sum of KRW 42,382,484.

B. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 42,382,484 won and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from August 28, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the copy of the complaint of this case was served to the defendant, as the plaintiff's claim.
