1. The Defendant’s KRW 30,383,169 and, among others, the Plaintiff:

A. From April 25, 2020, 30,181,169 won shall be fully repaid.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of Gap evidence No. 1’s statement and the entire argument, the plaintiff was not paid KRW 20,274,103, retirement pay 9,907,066, and KRW 202,00,00 from December 10, 2015 to April 10, 202.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 30,383,169 won in total and 30,181,169 won in total with wages and retirement allowances, 20% per annum as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act from April 25, 2020 to the date of complete payment, and 202,00 won in annual refund for year-end settlement from April 25, 2020 to the date of full payment, with 12% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 30, 2020 to the date of full payment after the copy of the complaint of this case is served.
