Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 04, 2013, the Defendant was required to present his identification card to verify the identity of casino visitors at the Gangwon Islands Casino's Identity Screening Team employees in the Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seowon-gun, Gangwon-do.

The defendant, who is a public document in possession, presented the name C resident registration certificate issued by the head of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is a public document, and used the other person's resident registration certificate unlawfully.
