Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 13:50 on November 17, 2012, the Defendant was required to present his/her identification card to verify the identity of casino visitors at the Gangwon-do Casino's Identity Screening Team employees in the Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is an official document in possession, presented the three resident registration certificates issued by the head of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which are public documents, as if they were the resident registration certificates of the defendant, and illegally held the C resident registration certificates
