Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2013, the Defendant was requested to present an identification card to verify the identity of the person who has access to the casino games at the Gangwon Islands Casino Search Team, which was located in the 424 Northbuk-ri, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Seowon-gun, Gangwon-do.

Accordingly, the defendant suggested that his resident registration certificate for C issued by the head of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is an official document in advance, is a resident registration certificate of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully and at the same time illegally held a resident registration certificate which is an official document.
