Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:50 on July 15, 2013, the Defendant was required to present his/her identification card to verify the identity of the persons who enter the casino games at the entrance of the Gangwon-do Casino Game Center located in the Gobuk-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.

Accordingly, the defendant suggested that his resident registration certificate for C issued by the head of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which is a prior official document, is a resident registration certificate of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully and at the same time illegally held a resident registration certificate which is an official document.
