A is the director of the "E Center" in Gwangju Mine-gu D, and is the representative of the incorporated association F.

Defendant

B and C are those who were the assistants of the defendant A's disability activities.

1. He/she shall not request the payment of benefits for activities of persons with disabilities by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, from April 26, 2017 to October 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) demanded B from G carpets in the E Center, the E Center, F, etc. to provide subsidies for activities of persons with disabilities; (b) demanded C to read books, painting, etc. against persons with disabilities visiting the F; and (c) made C to engage in affairs unrelated to activities of persons with disabilities, such as subsidization and preparation of documents; and (d) from December 10, 2018 to February 20, 2019, the Defendant claimed KRW 5,691,720 over 79 times as subsidies for activities of persons with disabilities with disabilities for the period from February 10, 2018 to February 20, 2019; and (c) demanded C to provide subsidies for activities of persons with disabilities for the period from December 20, 2015 to May 30, 2016 to 30, 2017.

As set out in paragraph 1 above, Defendant B filed a claim for KRW 5,691,720 on 79 occasions as subsidies for disabled activities, from December 10, 2018 to February 20, 2019, for the payment of subsidies for disabled activities, such as G Caf in the E Center, E Center, document work, document work, and document work, which is not related to the payment of subsidies for disabled activities, with respect to the payment of subsidies for disabled activities.

3. As mentioned in paragraph 1 above, Defendant C’s Defendant C, “The E Center,” performs duties not related to support of activities of persons with disabilities, such as reading cycles, paintings, etc. against the disabled persons visiting the above disabled disabled disabled disabled persons’s schools that are not related to the payment of subsidies for activities of persons with disabilities, and providing support for affairs in the above E Center, F, etc., and preparing documents, etc., as shown in attached Table 2, from April 3, 2017 to October 26, 2018.
