Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,00,00, KRW 1,500,000, and KRW 700,000, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

In the event of a traffic accident, the Defendants were hospitalized in the hospital, but the Defendants received more amount of agreement from the other insurance company or can receive insurance money from the long-term non-life and life insurance company that has personally joined, and had the F Hospital in Seo-gu Incheon for the purpose of deceiving it.

1. On September 3, 2012, Defendant A driven a car at around 21:30 on September 3, 2012, and was under a traffic signal stop on the front side of the Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City Ecomert, and at that time, Defendant A was under a traffic accident where the other vehicle contacted with slowly and shocked.

The Defendant visited the pertinent F Hospital from September 5, 2012 to October 5, 2012, prepared a written agreement of hospitalization to the effect that he/she would visit the said F Hospital for 31 days and be hospitalized for treatment, and, even though hospitalized, he/she was able to sleep most of the instant F Hospital at his/her residence, and lived together with ordinary time, such as commuting to and from the workplace.

After having been hospitalized falsely, the Defendant had the original director and the staff working in the F Hospital as if he had been hospitalized normally during the period of hospitalization, submitted a medical certificate and automobile insurance medical expenses claim statement to the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., and submitted a medical certificate directly to the victim merts Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., which was individually admitted.

On October 18, 2012, the Defendant received 3,025,110 won in total from the victim Samsung Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. and received 620,000 won in total as long-term insurance money on November 20, 2012 from the victim Matts Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. and acquired 3,645,110 won in total as long-term insurance money.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 12, 2012, the Defendant was running a taxi business around 09:10 on September 12, 2012, and was under stop from the lower part of the movable property high schools located in the Song-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City, to the signal atmosphere, and was under a traffic accident leading to shocking by contact with the lower part of the vehicle.
