Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2013, at around 08:50 on March 6, 2013, the Defendant contacted the other party's vehicle that was changed from the king Road located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City to the destination, and caused a traffic accident.

In such a case, the Defendant was aware that he would be able to receive more traffic accident agreements and long-term life insurance from the insurance company to be hospitalized in the hospital, and was able to receive insurance money by deceiving it as if he actually received hospitalized treatment.

From March 6, 2013 to March 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) drafted a written agreement of hospitalization to the effect that D’s members located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, were hospitalized for 15 days; and (b) accordingly, the Defendant was hospitalized for approximately 22 times (excluding discharge days) treatment while hospitalized; (c) without undergoing scheduled treatment; and (d) returned to the State of Suwon, Bupyeong, Seoul, etc., without undergoing scheduled treatment.

After having been hospitalized falsely, the Defendant submitted a medical certificate and a claim statement of automobile insurance medical expenses to the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. and submitted a medical certificate to the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., the victim's East Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., and the victim Hansung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. directly.

From the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. on March 20, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 1,812,000 for agreed money and treatment expenses, KRW 550,00 for long-term insurance on March 21, 2013, KRW 50,00 for long-term insurance money, KRW 504,985 for long-term insurance money on March 25, 2013 from the victim Samsung Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., and KRW 3,346,985 for long-term insurance money on March 26, 2013 from the victim Hansung Life Insurance Co., Ltd. on or around March 26, 2013.
