A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”) and marijuana as follows:

1. On September 2019, the Defendant administered philophones by dilutioning the volume of philophones from C, etc. in the Seocho-gu Seoul Northern-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 1, 2019.

2. On October 31, 2019, the Defendant, holding philophones, possessed the philophones non-fluoring volume contained in the one-time injection device in the Seoul Southern-gu Del E around October 31, 2019.

3. On November 2019, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase philophones from the salesr of philophones on the name unscopon known through a smartphone hosting app; (b) on November 1, 2019, the Defendant posted KRW 200,000 of the purchase price of philophones under the trees located in G located in G located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) purchased philophones by means of gaining philophonescopons under the trees located in the said wooden area, which were concealed by the said salesr.

4.
