A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on December 13, 2018.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

1. On February 5, 2019, the Defendant received the cash volume from D free of charge in a car parked in the vicinity of C Elementary School located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu.

2. On February 18, 2019, the Defendant purchased approximately 600,000 won from G in front of the F Bank acceptance point of the F Bank in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the name of the penphone purchase price, and 1.39g philopon, which is contained in three part of the day-to-day injection period from G.

3. On February 18, 2019, the Defendant sold approximately KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,00

4. On February 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) franconed approximately 1.17g gramphones, which were contained in divided into three parts of the first half of the F Bank acceptance point of the F Bank as set forth in paragraph (2) of the said paragraph; and (b) purchased the purchase price at the last half of the year.

5. On February 23, 2019, the Defendant, on the part of the Defendant’s residence, inserted approximately 0.07g of phiphonephones purchased from H apartment house J-ho toilets as stated in the foregoing paragraph 3, which is the Defendant’s residence, into a disposable injection machine, dilution them with water, and administered them by means of injection to the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

6. On February 23, 2019, around 19:40, the Defendant possessed approximately 1.17 g of philopon, which was contained by dividing the part into three parts of a disposable injection machine, within a bucker in front of the above H apartment house.

7. On February 23, 2019, the Defendant is a doer in the clothes of the above Defendant at around 19:50.
