The AZ shall be punished by imprisonment for two years, by imprisonment for two years and six months, by imprisonment for Defendant A, by imprisonment for one year, and by imprisonment for Defendant BC.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On September 18, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on September 18, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ganpo Prison on August 26, 2016.

[2019 Highest 1878] Notwithstanding that Defendant A is not a person handling narcotics, Defendant A dealt with the psychotropic drugs, such as the Mebacule (one name “philopon”; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana as follows.

1. On July 9, 2018, Defendant AZ administered philophones in collusion with B and BA by means of being injected philophones in collusion with B and BA in collusion with the method of being injected philophones in collusion with B and BA by means of being injected philophones in collusion with the aforementioned method.

As above, the above Defendant, in collusion with BA and B, administered philophones in collusion with BB, BA, and A in a total of 10 times from the above date to March 7, 2019, including the administration of philophones.

2. On March 7, 2019, Defendant AZ, with a penphone and marijuana, kept approximately 0.89g opononon, which was contained in two plastic bags located in his own household, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BE Lake, and carried approximately 0.72g oponon, which was contained in two plastic bags, and approximately 0.77g gopon, which was contained in four plastic bags, and approximately 0.9g goponon and 1.49g gopon, which was contained in four plastic bags.

[2019 Highest 2400]

1. Defendant AZ or BA’s phiphones are invited to purchase the phiphones, and Defendant BA receives five million won from Defendant AZ to the BF bank account in the name of Defendant BA on July 25, 2018 and receives five million won from Defendant AZ on the same day.
