1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 269,02,90 won and 5% per annum from April 2, 2019 to May 22, 2019.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On March 3, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into a service contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with Defendant Crebuilding Improvement Project Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Defendant Promotion Committee”) on the following terms in relation to I and four parcels C reconstruction Project (hereinafter “instant project”). Defendant D, E, F, G, and H on the same day, jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant Promotion Committee’s performance of obligations under the instant contract.
The defendant promotion committee and the plaintiff shall observe the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, such as the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, the Housing Act, and the regulations of the association, and implement this contract in accordance with mutual faith and good faith so that the reconstruction improvement project concerned is successfully completed according to the additional contract terms
Article 2 (Status between Parties) (1) The Defendant Promotion Committee shall entrust the Plaintiff with the services prescribed in Article 3, and the Plaintiff shall perform the services entrusted by the Defendant Promotion Committee.
(hereinafter) Article 3 (Scope of Services) (1) The Plaintiff shall, with the approval of the Defendant’s Promotion Committee, seek advice and support for the performance of the following duties related to the reconstruction project of the Defendant’s Promotion Committee, and shall follow the Housing Act, the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, the Housing Association Regulations, and relevant regulations:
1. Support for administrative affairs of the partnership (for example),
2. Advice on affairs related to the request for written consent to re-building resolution;
3. The business of authorizing partnership administration (the outline).
4. Support for various kinds of authorization and permission business (the outline); and
