The Plaintiff company shall not separately bear the expenses for the residents (owners of land, etc.) by filing a claim for the payment for the said expenses after one month from the date the Plaintiff company was established, and by having the Defendant Association and the original company pay and receive the expenses in consultation with each other.

Provided, That where it is inevitable to change changes in relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, etc., such changes may be made through mutual consultation.

3. Review on feasibility and preparation of an implementation plan for a rearrangement project;

4. The work of selecting the designer and work executor; and
