1. The Defendant’s KRW 658,458,754 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from September 19, 2015 to December 9, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;
(a) A service contract for the reconstruction of this case entered into with a service contract (No. 1)

(A) Business 1) 2) Business feasibility review 3) Business feasibility review 4) Administrative support 4) Business preparation and vicarious execution 5) Business preparation for the selection of designers and work executors, etc. 6) Administrative support for the Defendant Union promotion committee, including the promotion committee, etc. 7) Other business affairs related to the improvement project of Article 69(1) of the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (b) other business affairs related to the improvement project of this case entrusted by the Defendant Union promotion committee, the Plaintiff company should first bear the expenses for the specialized management services of the reconstruction project of this case, at the request of the Defendant Union promotion committee, and if the Plaintiff company was established, the payment shall be confirmed during the period of operation of the Defendant Union promotion committee. The Plaintiff company shall not separately bear the expenses for the residents (owners of land, etc.) by filing a claim for the payment for the said expenses after one month from the date the Plaintiff company was established, and by having the Defendant Association and the original company pay and receive the expenses in consultation with each other.
Provided, That where it is inevitable to change changes in relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, etc., such changes may be made through mutual consultation.

2. An agency for affairs concerning application for authorization to establish an association;
3. Review on feasibility and preparation of an implementation plan for a rearrangement project;
4. The work of selecting the designer and work executor; and
