A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won, and Defendant C by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, along with F and G, shared with the trade names such as “H”, “I”, “J”, “K, “L,” “M”, and gathered to operate a commercial sex acts establishment. Defendant A, and “F” were to operate the said officetel sexual traffic business establishment in general, and Defendant B, Defendant C, and G lent the name leased by an officetel and take charge of tasks such as male response and guidance.

1. As a result, the Defendants conspired with F and G, and engaged in commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

2. The Defendants jointly committed the crimes of Defendant A and Defendant C leased Q. 410, 712, 39, and 1012 of the building Q. Q. 410, 712, 3926, and 1012 at around February 7, 2017.
