Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Criminal facts

The Defendant, along with B and C, gathered to operate a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “D”, “E”, etc., and the Defendant, together with C, was to operate the said officetel sexual traffic business establishment in general, and the Defendant, together with C, to lend the name of an officetel leased, and to take charge of the affairs such as the response of and guidance for the male sexual traffic.

On February 7, 2017, the Defendant leased Nos. 410, 712, 3926, and 1012, etc., of the F building in the Suwon-si District: (a) around February 7, 2017, the Defendant, via the Internet, employed G as a female employee of commercial sex acts; (b) puts up a written advertisement on the Internet commercial sex acts; (c) provided that the Defendant, who reported the said written advertisement, arranged to receive 1.60,00 won for commercial sex acts from H, and arranged to receive 1.60,000 won for commercial sex acts with female employees, from January 1, 2017 to March 16, 2017.

Accordingly, in collusion with B and C, the defendant committed acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
