1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year, by a fine of 2,00,00 won, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (such as brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) (hereinafter “Defendant”) with E; from May 1, 2017 to September 1, 2017, the Defendant posted the Fteltel C, 406, 509, and 510; D, 309; 1408, 1707, 1707, 313, 1108, 1415, 3, 6, 3, 1415, 7, 3, 14, 3, 140, 3, 40, 17, 15, 17, 15, 300, 140, 17, 417, 15, 17, 417, and 15, 3,000, 3,000, 3,000.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with E to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. From around September 2017 to October 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that he/she had arranged commercial sex acts for the business of Defendant B, etc.; (b) provided that, even though he/she had been aware of the fact that he/she had arranged commercial sex acts for the business of the said B, he/she, etc., he/she provided publicity by posting comments or making a series of specific characters so that the contents of the advertisement of the said establishment, such as the said G building B Dong 311, the commercial sex trade advertising site, “R,” and “S,” posted on the Internet commercial sex advertising site, such as “J” posted on the message board, etc.; and (c) provided that, at the said site, he/she provided measures to facilitate the said crime, such as correcting and publishing the propy photographs of the women of commercial sex acts of the said establishment, and preparing a post-use sign.
