Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 31, 2013, at around 15:37, the Defendant discovered a victim’s name from which he was unable to know the victim’s name while taking a sand play from a mobile phone camera at the children’s play room in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, by using a mobile phone camera at the children’s play room, and taken a video picture between 11/11 and 11 of the victim’s body flaps, by reporting the short flaps of the victim’s short flaps and reporting sexual impulses.
2. On October 2, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 08:34 on October 2, 2013, at the F Hospital clinic located in Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant saw sexual impulses of the victim G (inn, 23 years of age) who is a nurse of the said hospital, and was seated and was under an internal pressure test; (b) opened the Defendant’s cell phone camera under the table where a pressure tester was opened, and taken a 8 minutes of the victim’s bridge between the victim’s legs and the victim’s 16 seconds.
3. On October 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 07:14 on a day-to-day, U.S., U.S., U.S., a cell phone camera, and was on the platform from U.S., a cell phone camera of the victim’s 2:5 seconds, from which the name of the Defendant’s cell phone camera could not be known; and (b) the Defendant taken a video-to-face image of the victim’s front of the Defendant.
4. On February 28, 2014, at around 18:15, the Defendant discovered the victim H (e.g., 55 years of age) who was detained in the beds to receive medical treatment at the Dong University, University, oriental medical clinic located 282, Nam-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, in order to get medical treatment at the treatment room, and discovered the victim H (e.g., 55 years of age) who was deprived of the Defendant’s sexual shock, and laid the victim’s cell phone together with the victim’s cell phone by inserting the victim’s cell phone at the end of the end of the accident, and taken the victim’s body by inserting the victim’s body one minute and four seconds.
5.
