A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim F (n, 48 years of age) and the victim F (n, 48 years of age).

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On July 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:19, around July 27, 2017, at H 202 heading rooms located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon; (b) set up a cell phone front of the relevant location where the mobile phone functioned to take pictures of the video of the mobile phone; and (c) made the cell phone heading the direction of the intrusion; and (d) taken the image of the victim’s sexual relationship with the Defendant by making the victim take a shower, after having finished the shower, and by making the victim take a shower and fright the body of his body, and by making the victim take the image of his sexual relationship with the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.

B. On July 28, 2018, the Defendant, at around 21:28, 2018, taken a back image of the victim’s back-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-to-face-face-to-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-to-face-face-face-to-face

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.

On July 31, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 06:51 on July 31, 2018, at the influence room in the Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, the Defendant: (b) set up a cell phone in front of his/her cell phone strings; (c) maintained the direction of the cell phone strings; and (d) taken the victim’s sexual intercourse with the Defendant by his/her body.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera, against his will.
