A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc., on January 5, 2020, the Defendant issued one set of 500,000 won in cash to D (D, South, and E) of Peru’s nationality through the name-free women (formerly named “C”) before Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu (formerly named “C”) around January 5, 2020, and received a delivery of KRW 50,000 in return.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana.

Although the Defendant was not a handler of narcotics, 2020, 557, the Defendant was asked by the pro-Japanese F to seek marijuana.

1. On February 14, 2020, the Defendant purchased a liquid marijuana (0.05016.135BTC) by remitting a bitco-in (0.05016.135BC) to a seller of marijuana (i.e., a single bitco-owner) at a non-displacement on the Internet G site. On February 28, 2020, the Defendant sold a liquid hemp (i) after receiving KRW 3.5 million from F within the F’s car parked near Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (I).

2. On March 14, 2020, the Defendant transferred to the seller of marijuana in an influent amount of the above name, and purchased one mari-mari-mari-mari-co (0.08931580BC). On March 23, 2020, around March 23, 2020, the Defendant received KRW 3.50,000 from F and sold one mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari-mari, located in the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul MetropolitanJ.

3. On April 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) remitted to a seller of marijuana in an influent amount in the above name to purchase three marijuana in liquid amount (0.107577310BC); and (b) around April 17, 2020, the Defendant sold three marijuana in liquid amount after receiving KRW 1,100,000 from F in the vehicle of the above F, parked in J of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul, and sold three marijuana in advance of the said F.
