Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2015, around 20:25, the Defendant driven a ecoo vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 950m alcohol concentration of 0.076%, from the front side of the Won-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Won-gu, Seoul, to the front side of the house-won three hundred and fiftym width in the same Ri.

Therefore, although the Defendant was unable to drive a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant violated it more than twice, and again violated the motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
