A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of a deceptive scheme’s official duties on April 5, 2017, at the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-si, Sungnam-si, and the Defendant filed a false report with the 112 Reporting Center to the effect that “the Defendant would commit suicide” despite the absence of an intent to commit suicide. The Defendant obstructed the police officers, such as E, etc. belonging to the D District Unit of the Sungnam-nam Police Station D District, which believed to be true, by having two police officers, such as the Defendant send to the Defendant’s house to the Defendant’s house, thereby obstructing the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties.

2. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of a deceptive scheme’s official duties, around 19:47, on May 8, 2017, filed a false report with the Defendant’s house as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article to the effect that “to commit suicide” by calling at the 112 reported center despite the absence of an intent to commit suicide. The Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties by having four police officers, such as police officers F, etc., of the D District Unit of the Seongbuk-nam Police Station D District, which believed to be true, called the Defendant’s house to dispatch to the Defendant’s house, thereby interfering with the Defendant’s legitimate performance of duties.

3. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of a deceptive scheme’s official duties, around 05:34, May 26, 2017, at the Defendant’s house as indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, filed a false report with the 119 Reporting Center to the effect that “to commit suicide” was “to commit suicide,” despite the absence of an intent to commit suicide, and thereby, obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the handling of reported cases by deceptive means, prevention of crimes, and treatment of civil petitions by having two police officers, such as H, etc., belonging to the D District Fire Headquarters of the Sungnam-nam Police Headquarters request the police to jointly respond to the truth.

4. On July 6, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of a deceptive scheme’s official duties, on July 6, 2017, filed a false report to the Defendant’s house as indicated in paragraph 1 of around July 6, 2017, to the effect that “to commit suicide” by calls from the 112 Reporting Center despite the absence of an intent to commit suicide, and believed that it is true.
