Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On August 10, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 300,000,000 from the Suwon District Court’s House as a crime of obstruction of the performance of official duties by deceptive means, and on November 8, 2013, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 300,000 as a crime of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act.
【Criminal Facts】
As above, the Defendant reported to the effect that, from November 14, 2013 to May 12, 2014, the Defendant was unable to pay a fine under D Public Notice Host223 that he/she resides in Pyeongtaek-si C, even though he/she had been subject to punishment for the same kind of electric power, that he/she was in the process of failing to pay a fine under 1,183 times via 1,183, that he/she was called “be subject to fine,” and that “be subject to arrest.”
1. On March 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) called the reported center at the 112 reported center using mobile phones despite the fact that the Defendant was not in front of the Western Station; and (b) made a false report to the 112 reported center at the mobile phone; and (c) let the police officer E belonging to the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station who believed it to be true dispatch to the said site, thereby obstructing the police officer from performing his/her legitimate duties in relation to crime prevention, civil petition treatment, etc. by deceptive means.
2. On May 3, 2014, the Defendant made a false report to the reporting center of 112 mobile phones via a cell phone despite the fact that the facts are not in Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning crime prevention, civil petition treatment, etc. by deceptive means by having the guards belonging to the Jongno-gu Police Station who believe that he/she is true by sending it to the said site by sending it to the said site.
