A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013 Highest 5281] The Defendant requested the police station, Gu office, etc. from November 3, 2012 to July 24, 2013 to regulate commercial sex business establishments, and did not accept it and filed a false report on the Defendant’s cell phone (C) and 112 reported telephone, 119 reported telephone, 119 reported telephone, etc. on 30 occasions under the influence of alcohol, and received a disposition of fine and twice suspension of indictment, notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant was subject to a disposition of fine and twice suspension of indictment, he/she reported 112 telephone, 119 reported telephone, 182 police call center, and E district unit from July 27, 2013 to August 12, 2013 in the same manner as above.
1. On July 27, 2013, at around 00:09, the Defendant made a false report to the 112 reporting center that “I will commit suicide. I will commit suicide. I will commit suicide. I will do so.” This would interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning crime prevention, civil petition treatment, etc. by deceptive means, by having a slopeH and guard I belonging to the Yongsan Police Station E-gu Incheon Police Station E-gu, which believed to be true, dispatched to the said site.
2. On August 1, 2013, at around 15:39, the Defendant made a false report to the police call center of 182 police complaints in return for the Defendant’s residence in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the effect that “I would commit suicide after this hour,” and let four persons, such as Samsan Police Station E-districtK affiliated with the Samsan Police Station E-gu, which believed to be true, dispatch the Defendant to the said site, thereby hindering the police officers from performing their legitimate duties regarding crime prevention, civil petition treatment, etc. by deceptive means.
3. On August 10, 2013, the Defendant made a false report to the 112 Reporting Center that “I would like to commit suicide before the police. I will commit suicide before the police. I will do so),” and trust it as a truth.
