When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 21, 2017, at around 13:59, the Defendant filed a false report with the Center for 112 Report in the state of alcohol without intent to commit suicide and filed a false report with the Center for 112 Report in the absence of intent to commit suicide to the effect that “Is and live well,” thereby having D guards belonging to the Daejeon East Police Station C District Group of the Daejeon East Police Station, which believed to be true, called the said site, thereby hindering the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the protection of the life, body, and property of the people.

2. On January 21, 2017, around 14:45 and around 14:57, at around 14:57, the Defendant: (a) called the 112 Reporting Center under the influence of alcohol and filed a false report to the effect that “to cause death and death, and to cause death,” while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the protection of the life, body, and property of the people of the police officer by deceptive means, by allowing D guards belonging to the Daejeon East Police Station C District Group of the Daejeon East Police Station, which believed to be true to dispatch to the said site.
