A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Gwangju District Court on July 24, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ganpo Prison on July 24, 201, and on November 21, 2013, the judgment became final and conclusive on November 29, 2013.

1. On June 3, 2012, the Defendant forged public document documents: (a) attached the Defendant’s resident registration number and name of the Defendant’s KenyaD, which had led to printing out the paper to the paper from the near C1 and 203 of Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) attached the Defendant’s resident registration number and name on the Defendant’s resident registration number and name; and (c) forged one copy of the Defendant’s resident registration number under the name of the head of the north-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, which is an official document.

2. On June 4, 2012, the Defendant presented a copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Gwangju Metropolitan City North-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, a public document, as described in paragraph (1), to an employee who is not aware of the forgery, at the “F” mobile phone sales store located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, as if the copy of the resident registration certificate was a document duly formed.

3. Forgery of private documents;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), made use of a writing tool to open a mobile phone in D’s name, entered “D”, “G” in the resident registration number column, and “G” in the address column, “D” in the column of deposit holders, “I”, “I” in the account number column, “I” in the application date column, “D” in the application date column, and “D” in the customer column, and signed on the name side of D.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant shall open a mobile phone in the name of D at the time and place specified in paragraph 2.
