A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at around 01:00 on the date of November 1, 2015, opened an entrance that was not corrected in front of the senior citizens Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and intrudes into the senior citizens’ house, and used approximately KRW 2,000 for the money owned by the said senior citizens, including the victim D, who was kept inside the wall located on the floor, and then stolen it from that time until February 17, 2016, by the following methods: (a) a total of KRW 14,000 in total four times, as described in the list of crimes, from that time until February 17, 2016.

1. On August 18, 2016, at night, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a vehicle owned by the victim G that was parked in front of the FF located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; and (b) committed theft by having one (i) modern credit card, driver’s license, resident registration certificate, and ten (ii) the victim’s possession in the vehicle; and (iii) intrusion upon the victim’s building at night from the end of June 2016 to August 18, 2016, the Defendant stolen KRW 51,500 in total by breaking up the victim’s building at night, as set forth in [Attachment Table No. 1-6] No. 7 of the List of Crimes, and stolen KRW 10,00 in cash owned by the victim’s G, as set forth in the list of Crimes No. 7.

2. Violation of fraud or specialized credit financial business;

A. At around 01:55 on August 19, 2016, the Defendant settled the drinking value of KRW 100,000 after drinking alcohol from “I” located in H in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and then paying the drinking value to the Defendant.

The defendant issued a stolen G credit card as if he had the right to use the stolen G-owned credit card as set forth in the above 1., and settled the amount of KRW 100,000,000, thereby obtaining economic benefits equivalent to the amount and using the stolen credit card.

B. The Defendant, at around 02:00 on the same day as the above paragraph (a) above, settled the alcohol value of KRW 300,000,000.

In the same way, 300,000 won was settled in a way such as the same amount to obtain property benefits, and used stolen credit cards.
