[Criminal Justice] On October 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of a fine of one million won for larceny at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court), and the same criminal records are more than twice.

1. On September 22, 2018, the Defendant habitually stolen the victim D’s property at a singing room located in Suwon-si B at KRW 1,00,00,000 from September 22, 2018 to October 22, 2018, and attempted to receive money and valuables at 15 times in total at the market price from around 01:22 on September 21, 2018 to around 22, 2018, including the theft with one cellular phone at a cost equivalent to KRW 1,00,000 in the victim’s location.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen or attempted the victims' property.
2. Around October 22, 2018: (a) around 08:49, the Defendant: (b) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 86,300,00 in total on four occasions from the following day: (c) around 08:49 of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act; (d) the Defendant used the singing room operated by the victim with no knowledge of the name in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (e) paid the usage fees; and (e) the H’s IBK Bank, as indicated in No. 15 of the List of Crimes No. 1, 15, presented the Plaintiff’s credit card to the victim as if the Defendant was the credit card holder; and (e) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 20,000,000 from that day:
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, acquired financial benefits and used stolen credit cards.

3. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the fraud Defendant are managers at the PC bank of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I and the second floor JPC around September 26, 2018, and the Defendant, at around 01:22 September 21, 2018, as if the Defendant completed the PC card on the first floor LPC bank of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, as it was the Defendant’s body card.
