Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and four months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on October 16, 2019.

1. The Defendant, who violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) is not a person handling narcotics, shall not receive, administer, or possess a psychotropic drug campon (hereinafter “copon”).

A. At around 19:45 on April 25, 2020, the Defendant provided approximately 0.1g of philopon to D at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel C, and received and delivered philopon. 2) On April 28, 2020, the Defendant provided approximately 0.15g of philopon (five philopons containing approximately 0.03g of philopon) from the Defendant’s dwelling at around 01:30 on April 28, 2020, and received and delivered philopon to D without compensation.

B. At around 20:00 on April 25, 2020, the Defendant injected 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water at the Defendant’s residence, and then injected philophones into his arms. (2) At around 18:00 on May 5, 2020, the Defendant administered 0.1g of philophones into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence and dilution with water, and then injected philophones by means of injection into his arms.

3) At around 19:00 on June 5, 2020, the Defendant administered 0.1g of phiphones by inserting them into a single-use injection machine, dilution them with water at the Defendant’s residence, and then injection them into one’s own arms. 4) On June 30, 2020, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones at the Defendant’s residence into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with water, and then administering phiphones by inserting them into one’s own arms.

5. On July 22, 2020, the Defendant, at around 22:00, administered 0.1g of philophones by inserting them into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence and dilution them with water, and administered philophones by means of injecting them into their arms.
