A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

2,150,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus, shall not possess, use, transport, administer, administer, trade, assist in the trade of, give or receive, or deliver, a psychotropic drug, a psychotropic drug, or a psychotropic drug, (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”).

2. Receipt and administration of Handphones on or around December 2011;

A. At around 08:00 on December 5, 201, the Defendant received approximately 0.05 g of philophones from I for a single-use injection at the Hemotour in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, and received philophones from I, and administered philophones in the above telecom.

B. At around 15:00 on December 5, 201, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.1g of philopon into two for a single-use, one-use, one-time, and two-use, one-time, one-time, one-time, one-time, one-time, one-way, and then injected a philopon in a way of dilution it with water.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J, administered phiphones.

3. Purchase and medication of philophones on January 2012;

A. At around 16:00 on January 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) 10,000 won in the street in the vicinity of the K Hospital in Young-gu in Busan; (b) 100,000 won in the name of the purchase price for philopon; and (c) 0.2g of philopon which is contained in L from L for a single-use injection.
