Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence), etc. at the Seogu District Court Branch of the Daegu District Court on February 9, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at a detention house on October 5, 201

C. On January 19, 2019, the Defendant, at around 23:00, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g phiphones from toilets of “D funeral home” located in the Government-Si of Gyeonggi-do, into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administering phiphones in a way of injection into his arms.

3. Receipt of Handphones;

A. At around 23:00 on January 10, 2019, the Defendant received 0.03 g of philopon, which is 0.03g of philopon in a single-use telephone, from the mutual unfold telephone room located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from E without compensation.

B. At around 00:40 on January 14, 2019, the Defendant received 0.03g of philophones without compensation from E in the same place as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).
