A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while residing in Gyeonggi-si, was living in the wife population D and residing in the same village (the age of 11) led to the Defendant’s home to play with the Defendant’s grandchildren frequently, with the Defendant’s intent to commit an indecent act against the Defendant to satisfy his sexual desire.

1. On February 16, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by exposing his/her hands from the back of the victim’s son and playing together with the Defendant’s son on February 16, 2013.

2. At around 15:00 on February 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed the said victim who was found to play by the Defendant’s grandchildren on the part of the Defendant’s house; (b) placed the victim on the part of a ward so that he/she was placed on the part of a ward; (c) laid the victim’s upper part on his/her chest, cut off the victim’s lower part on his/her chest; and (d) forced the victim to be able to sustain the victim’s chest in his/her sexual organ.

3. On April 15, 2013, the Defendant, at the house of the above Defendant around 15:00 on April 2013, 2013, caused the said victim, who was found to have been seated to a ward soften, to sit on the part of the Defendant’s grandchildren, and forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force, by raising the victim’s upper part on his chest, and by spreading the victim’s chest to his

4. At around 15:00 on June 2013, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by driving the victim’s chest on the part of the victim, who was found to have been on the part of the Defendant’s grandchildren and play, on a small scale.

5. At around 15:00 on August 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the victim’s chest on the part of the victim, on the part of the victim, who was found to have been on the part of the Defendant’s grandchildren and play; and (b) took the victim’s chest on the part of the Defendant.

6. On November 201, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant, was found to have been seated at the Defendant’s seat to the Defendant’s grandchildren and to play, and then the Defendant’s chest.
