[Criminal Power] On May 29, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by force in relation to relatives) in the Daejeon District Court’s Support on the Incheon District Court, and the said judgment was finalized on September 24, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant was aware of the fact that the victim was not free from the defendant's intention due to the victim C's friendship and 16 years of age, and that he was willing to commit an indecent act against the victim by using the defendant's strong attitude.
1. On the 16:00 on the spring date of 2009, the Defendant: (a) sought that the victim (the age of 11 at that time) entered the lower school and went to the inside of his residence; (b) brought the victim’s her son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son
2. At around 22:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by taking panty panty of the victim (as at that time 12 years of age) who was placed in the inner room of the above residence with his/her family and who was in the inner room of his/her own lock together with his/her family for himself/herself.
3. At around 15:00 on the date of 2011, the Defendant: (a) stated that the victim (the 13 years old at that time) was her brode and panty that he purchased at the Mat, and confirmed the Mat; and (b) stated the victim’s her her her her her her her her her part as his her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her
4. In 201, the Defendant: (a) 13:00 to 14:00, the victim was cleaning at a small room located in the above residence (at that time 13 years old); (b) brought about the victim’s damages on the victim’s upper part; and (c) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by taking the victim’s chest on the victim’s chest.
