A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In order to see the outer money of the victim living together with the victim C (n, D), the defendant was aware of the victim's home while coming from the victim's home and coming from the victim for several years.

3. The victim, who was seated next to him, was able to sit on the side, and her breasts of the victim were able to wear down his breasts by her own hand.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim under 13 years of age.

4. On April 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30, the date on April 2016, 2016, at the victim’s house, the victim covered the fluor in a ward so that he was able to view the dynamic image with a cell phone; and (b) was seated above the fluor by hand after the fluoring the fluor in a fluor; and (c) the victim’s chest was cut down one time as clothes.
