1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the "amount" list of the cited parts by plaintiff 2 and each of them.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a public corporation under Incheon Metropolitan City established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Ordinance on the Establishment of the Korea Industrial Complex, and the plaintiffs are the employees of Grades 4 through 9 of the technical staff belonging to the defendant.

B. Article 22 (Long-Term Continuous Allowances) (1) of the Defendant’s Remuneration Regulations for employees shall be paid long-term continuous service allowances according to the payment classification of “attached Table 6” according to the period of service training.
