1. The defendant,

A. The amount corresponding to the quoted amount in the attached Table 1 sheet to Plaintiffs A, B, and C and 3. of each of them.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a public corporation under Incheon Metropolitan City established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the E-Industrial Complex Ordinance, and the plaintiffs are employees belonging to the defendant.

Article 34 (Special Business Allowances) Special Business Allowances shall be paid to persons engaged in special duties as staff members under the criteria in attached Table 7.

[Attachment 7] The amount of salaries for environmental management allowances of 23% of the amount of salaries for environmental management allowances to be covered by the old schedule for the payment of allowances shall be 15,000 won per month of the 30,000 won per month before the appointment of an incineration facility legal manager in charge of electrical safety management assistance and other persons in charge of electrical safety management assistance.
