1. As to KRW 12,219,323 and KRW 11,855,078 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 12,219,323, and KRW 364,245.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a public corporation under Incheon Metropolitan City established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Incheon Environmental Authority Ordinance, and the plaintiff is an employee belonging to the defendant.
