1. The defendant's KRW 13,967,593 to the plaintiff A, KRW 3,240,597 to the plaintiff B, and KRW 9,025,553 to the plaintiff C, respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a public corporation under Incheon Metropolitan City established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Ordinance on the Establishment of the Incheon Environmental Authority, and the plaintiffs are the employees of Grade 7 or 9 in technical post belonging to the defendant.

B. The Defendant’s remuneration, etc. (1) From July 2014 to December 2016, 2016, with respect to the Plaintiffs, the Defendant shall pay the long-term continuous service allowances, technical personnel appointment allowances, special work allowances, and environmental management allowances (hereinafter “long-term continuous service allowances”) under Article 22(1) of the respective remuneration regulations (hereinafter “the instant remuneration regulations”), according to the payment classification of “attached Table 6” according to the number of employees.

The executives and employees of Article 24 (Allowance for Appointment of Technical Personnel) shall pay an allowance for the appointment of technical personnel in accordance with the standards in attached Table 7.

Article 34 (Special Business Allowances) Special Business Allowances shall be paid to persons engaged in special duties as staff members under the criteria in attached Table 7.
