A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 09:00 on February 27, 2016, the Defendant: (b) removed one FOE number plate from which the victim C’s market price is unknown, which was parked in the “E” Mapo-si, Changwon-si; (c) around February 27, 2016, the Defendant denied the registration number plate of the FOE number plate, which is the number plate under the Automobile Management Act, for the purpose of exercising, at the Defendant’s residential parking lot located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (d) around February 27, 2016, the Defendant purchased 750 c “ZX-7R, which is the ZX-7R,” which was purchased through a national website, by attaching a stolen number plate to the said ZE.

From the date specified in paragraph (2) to October 11:25, 2016, the Defendant, who illegally used public marks, exercised the air protection that he used by son for commuting to and from work for the Defendant from the front of the residence of the said Defendant to the front of the first occupation of the Defendant’s Defendant’s work located in He in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
