A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who is engaged in the vehicle consignment business, found a forged temporary number plate in white plastic board as stated in B, “B,” and “C,” and had the mind to be operated by attaching it to the vehicle to be consigned.

On October 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) cancelled export around 14:20, and did not have a license plate; (b) was not registered in the vehicle registration ledger; (c) attached the above “B” number plate on the front number plate of the vehicle with a chassis number D & D string which was not covered by mandatory insurance; and (d) attached the above “C” number plate on the back of the number plate on the front of the vehicle with a view to the number plate; and (c) operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license, from the front of the entrance of the export complex of the Gu Songdo-do used vehicle in 193, as the ridge of Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Yeonsu-gu, Incheon., the Defendant was operating the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged number plate of motor vehicle, which is a motor vehicle, for the purpose of exercising, and operated a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license, which is not registered in the motor vehicle registration ledger and is not covered by mandatory insurance.
