A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of unlawful use of air defense and unlawful use air defense events: (a) from around 2014 to around 2015, the Defendant arbitrarily posted D 124.9CC’s car registration number plate at the time of registration without the principal’s own ownership on the off-to-be 110 Orala; (b) from around that time to June 18, 2018, the Defendant operated the set of 110 Orala with the car registration number plate attached at the Seoul Metropolitan Government Group.

In this respect, the defendant used the official sign unlawfully for the purpose of exercising, and exercised the illegally used air defense.

2. On June 18, 2018, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated 110 occins at the time indicated in paragraph (1) that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads near Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu.
