A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than four months and a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 8, 201, the Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act, unlawful use of air defense, and unlawful use air defense events was removed from the number plate sealed by B/ 100 occin in the city owned by the Defendant for the purpose of exercising the commercial occin in the upper road of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the center before the center, and was attached to the 100 occin (number C) at the time when he newly purchased the occin, and operated from the 8 occin of Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul to the 185 occin in the city of Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul to the 185 occin.

On September 8, 2015, the Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation and Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) on the part of the Defendant: (a) operated an Oral b number plate arbitrarily attached to the foregoing B number plate as indicated in the preceding paragraph, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without a motor device license from 8rd street to 185 Cheongcheon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul to 2015.
