A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant illegally used the car registration number plate, which is air hosp, in a manner attached to a 100 engine device bicycle license plate at the time when the Defendant is operated, after obtaining the issuance of a c motor device bicycle license plate, which is owned by B, from the name infinite staff who performs the work of delivering newspapers at the finite site.

2. On July 15, 2017, around 02:40 on July 15, 2017, the Defendant held an air defense that was unlawfully used by operating the number plate, air c, as described in paragraph 1, from the front of the E District located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front of the G newspaper located in the same Gu F, and from the G newspaper company located in the same Gu F.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the defendant operated a bicycle with 10 motor device at the time and place stated in Paragraph 2, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, without registration owned by the defendant.

4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking without a license) on the date and time set forth in paragraph 2, and operated a cact 100 motor bicycle without registration under the influence of 0.05% alcohol level in blood without a motor device bicycle driver’s license.
